Today they didn't have any fries to serve with their burgers. Sometimes the menu prices include tax and sometimes not. Today we were charged tax and told the fries are an extra charge.
So, the inconsistencies are getting increasingly annoying. Today was our last visit.
One time they wouldn't serve us because the cook hadn't shown up. Another time most of the menu items were unavailable. Yet another day I ordered a patty melt, they gave it to me on a regular bun and only after told me they were out off rye, and still charged me for a patty melt.
I really really wanted to like this place. The first time I visited here the experience was great, food was very good, service was good and the prices were very reasonable. But after several visits my initial excitement has dwindled.
